General Discussion / Blue-Moon Kennel Contract
« on: January 06, 2023, 07:31:07 AM »This Contract applies to all breeds developed through Blue-Moon Kennels as well as whatever breeds are produced through this kennel.
Titles
All dogs are welcome to be titled via confirmation or sporting, and I would also appreciate being kept in the loop about whats going on with the puppies I've produced!
Breeding
I ask that I be notified of any breedings that happen with puppies I've produced, I may be interested in having a puppy!
Please don't breed with closely related family members of the breed
Prefix
All dogs produced by Blue-Moon Kennels will have either the BMK prefix or the Blue-Moon Kennel prefix before their name
Reclaiming
If any previous rules of said contract are broken I have the right to claim the dog previously sold, and other reasons may include
- inactivity of owner (4+ Months)
Inactivity of dog (ie not being participated in via sports or shows)
violating breeding terms
dog being sold without previous approval
